Refund Policy for JD Enterprises

JD Enterprises believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.

Under This Policy:

The products or services purchased from JD Enterprises can be refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase if the customer is not happy with the product or services, however the refund can also be provided after 30 days of the date of purchase if due to technical difficulties or bug in application or product will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. JD Enterprises reviews the customer’s reason for the refund and once we confirm the refund request we immediately process the refund which will be provided back to customer within 5 to 7 business days.
